A bank balance is not evidence. The trail behind it is. Ascendra makes you attach each credit to a declared source — salary, sale deed, loan, gift, remittance — with the proof a case officer expects for that source. Anything left unattached is shown in red, on the record, where nobody can miss it.
We flag what they flag
A large cash deposit two weeks before lodgement is the single most common reason a financial case falls apart. We surface it early, while there is still time to explain it honestly — or to decide not to lodge.
Seasoning is a date, not an opinion
Each destination publishes how long funds must sit. Ascendra tracks that clock per student, per destination, and refuses to call a file ready before it has run out.
What we will not build
No document templating that invents facts. No "optimise this statement". No tools for hiding a refusal history. A consultancy that needs those does not need software — and we are not the ones to sell it to them.
